An agency where I was offered a very professional service. In addition to handing over the car and taking care of the administrative side of things, the member of staff was able to give full explanations and pertinent recommendations on local traffic rules and specificities. He also mentioned various points of interest. He was always extremely responsive to all my requests and questions.
Everything went perfectly smoothly from pick-up to drop-off. I highly recommend this agency and have never been as well received and served as here. I unreservedly recommend the entire service I received.
The skills of the staff, their friendliness and responsiveness are key elements in the quality of a company and the service it delivers.
