The experience here was definitely positive. The pricing matched exactly what was shown in the Sixt portal, with no hidden add-ons. The representative, Nodir, made sure the car met all of our requirements (including winter tires) and was very transparent about the existing dents, ensuring they were documented. While the rental process is not the quickest (plan for about 20-25 minutes), the staff made every effort to ensure it was smooth. The car itself was in very good condition and was a large SUV, exactly as requested. Highly recommended!
