This my first time renting through SIXT and I was a little disappointed they didn’t have a compact car as I reserved. I had to pay extra to get another car which was not what I planned at all. I’m grateful that Terrell was able to accommodate me the best he could. He was very hospitable and even showed me how to work the new gadgets in the vehicle because I surely did not know what button was what. Thank you Terrell for your service.
