Rented a car through the Priceline discounted car rental, which chooses a random Car rental company out of all available at the airport, to find the lowest price, which ended up being Sixt on March 11th. Pickup was seamless, quick, the customer service at the pickup desk was great. My agent, named Archie was extremely kind and helpful, great customer service from him at Pittsburgh International Airport. Had to extend the car an extra week for work, which was the most easy car rental extension, was able to do it quickly and simply online. I highly recommend using Sixt. Had never heard of this company as it seems it is a new option at the Pittsburgh Airport, but I highly suggest looking into getting your rental through them, especially if you need flexibility with your rental as I did. (Just a note, you cannot use the online extension for over 27 days of rental extension, must contact customer service for that, which I didn’t have to do, so I cannot speak to that aspect). Other than that. Great job. Clean car. Easy pick up. Simple drop off.
