The best rental car company. Sixt made booking, picking up, and dropping off the easiest thing. Very pleasant customer service all around! The cars were clean and had no issues. This was the first time I’ve rented through Sixt and will be renting through them everywhere I can!

We messaged to say we land at 10:40 pm knowing they close at 11:30 pm in Honolulu. We messaged them saying please wait for us. I sent them my flight info and we were delayed. They waited until midnight and we got a free upgrade from RAV4 to a brand new BMW X3! Wow! Best service ever!! Thank you so much. So happy and pleasantly surprised.

Best rental car experience ever in Honolulu. Checked in on line in advance and spent less than 5 minutes at the counter. No pressure for insurance or upgrades. Was given a free car upgrade from a very friendly young lady at the counter. Sixt in Honolulu is the best!
