This is my second time using Sixt (at 2 different locations) and I must say their customer service is exceptional. Clayton was so helpful and so pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient and helped me choose the right coverage for the vehicle. The SUV I rented was a newer model and it was in pristine condition and the checkout process was quick and easy. Even returning the vehicle was seamless, Kevin was really nice and thorough, A+ service. Go forward I will only be using Sixt for car rentals.
