Return information

Navigate to our SIXT branch at 312 Federal Cir, Jamaica, NY 11430. Once you arrive at the airport, follow the "Car return" signs until you reach the car return area parking lot. Approach the return area with caution as there's currently two-way traffic. When you arrive, a SIXT employee will be there to collect your key and assist with your return. Please plan for additional time to return your vehicle due to airport construction.

The car I was initially given had some problem with its ADAS sensors and the same kept popping up on my screen. Thankfully I hadn't moved out of the parking yet and when I went back to the office, Samantha immediately, without wasting any time, gave me a different car. This car was perfect. Both of them were also very clean. Throughout my rental period I did not face any problems. During the return, Mia was very quick with processing me since she saw I had a toddler with me. I met Samantha again regarding some confusion with the fuel level and again she provided a resolution within a minute. Very helpful and prompt service whenever I had the chance to interact with any of them!!
