We rented a car for a short trip to Santa Fe. There was no line for pick up and Jodi at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. She had excellent local suggestions for our trip and made sure we had a car that would be suitable for the number of people and luggage that we had. Her enthusiasm for our trip was the best welcome to New Mexico. Michael B handled our return and was incredibly helpful as we haphazardly repacked our suitcases in the return parking lot after some last minute shopping. He was patient, asked for clarification on things as needed, and made the whole return process very smooth. We'd use Sixt again based on this experience.
