This location is amazing!!!!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!! I literally called 24 hours before needing a vehicle after experiencing ridiculous requirements from Avis because I was renting with a debit card visa and not a credit card! Shannon, Rebecca and their team came to the rescue when I needed a vehicle at the last minute. They were extremely helpful and made sure I had the proper information and even got me the best possible price. First class customer service all the way by ALL of the employees at this location!!! They are definitely worth the transport from the airport to receive not only excellent customer service but also value and beautiful vehicles to rent! They are definitely my go to location for rental vehicles in the future whenever I fly into Tweed New Haven airport!!! Thank you so much Sixt for helping make my trip home for a class reunion a memorable experience !!!
