Outstanding Customer Service!
From the moment the shuttle arrived at the airport, I had an amazing experience. It was me and two other ladies, and as soon as we approached the rental counter, one representative was already at his station. Almost immediately, two other gentlemen came from the back to assist us. They were efficient, professional, and ensured that each of us got a vehicle that was not only suitable for our needs but also safe for the rainy weather.
Their attention to detail was outstanding—they personally pulled our cars around so we didn’t have to walk in the rain, helped us inspect for any damages, and ensured we exited the gate safely. A special shout-out to one of their managers, Boston, whose leadership and customer service were truly top-notch. Grade A service all around!
Would highly recommend this location and their team for a smooth and hassle-free rental experience.
