As a loyal Sixt customer who frequently visits different branches, I can confidently say that the Miami Intercontinental branch is my absolute favorite. Every visit is a pleasure - from the moment you walk in, you're greeted warmly and the friendly atmosphere makes you feel truly welcome. The entire process is extremely smooth and the cars are always in excellent condition - clean and well maintained. Kristina in particular deserves special recognition; she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. She's always a pleasure to work with. I had such a great experience renting a car from Sixt at the Intercontinental Miami. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I especially want to give a shout-out to The Thai, who truly made a difference in my experience. He was incredibly helpful, making sure everything went smoothly and that I got exactly the car I needed. You could really tell he cared about making the process as easy as possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the whole thing stress-free. The car was in great shape, and the whole rental process – both pick-up and drop-off – was quick and hassle-free. I’ve rented cars before, but the level of service I got from The Thai and the team at Sixt Intercontinental Miami really stood out.
