Everything was great pick up car itself was great people were very helpful. The gentleman at the desk and the one at the booth were very pleasant and helpful however when I returned the car the young lady said I would be charged for pet hair in the car however I never had my pet in the car I may have had a fee hairs on my shots or shirt but definitely did not see more than 5/6 hairs in the car I assured her that I did not have a pet in the car but she said I would be charged for special cleaning which I was in disagreement with her because my dog wasn't close to the car I have a long hairs white husky and if he was in the car it would be no hiding it 😢 sad that it ended this way

After a long day of flying my experience with picking up a car with Zachary was great. We had issues with my company account and working together we were still able to get me on the road in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.
