Alex was great!
This is my second review.
While the first time we’ve rented at the Long Beach location having a terrible experience with the management over there, we decided to give it a second chance. So from Long Beach we drove to HB to give it another try.
Everyone is really nice at this location, Alex was really good and really made our experience great. Smooth and quick pick up and drop off!
We will def return to this location. Thank you Alex for changing our mind and experience.

First time using Sixt and so far it has been a great experience. Booked my car a couple of days ahead of time online and when I arrived there was someone there waiting to check me in. Yash was very kind and thorough with the whole process. The car looked brand new even with 30k miles on it and well taken care of. They are working on expanding the space and even in the mix of the transition they had it easily arranged to get in and out.
