We recently rented a car from Sixt and had a great experience! Mike was really helpful, finding us a much better car than we had anticipated renting but still at the same price and with all the cover we needed. He was very professional, walking us to the car after completing the paperwork and helping us get set up and ready to go, as we had never driven on the “wrong side” of the road before, being from the UK.
The drop-off experience was easy too, as there are plenty of gas stations nearby for refuelling and the signage back to the return point is clear to see. The guy we dealt with at the return was great too and was very friendly as he was going about the return inspection. After dropping off the car, we walked back through the Newport Center to go and get the PATH train and Mike saw us as he was dealing with another customer. He gave us a wave and asked if everything had been OK, which we thought was nice given that he would have dealt with a number of people since helping us and so it was nice that he remembered us.
Overall, we had a great experience renting with Sixt and would absolutely recommend them for anyone in the area needing to rent a car. The car itself was in great condition, being an almost brand new BMW 330, and was good fun to drive.
