I have always loved Sixt but today cements that I will only be renting from them anytime I’m in Jacksonville. My girlfriend and I have Junella every reason to be short with us, we booked the car under my name, then used my girlfriends CC, then I had to stand there and wait for Zelle to pay a CC to get the car. She was beyond patient. Junella should be the standard of what every employee should be, even though I just her a little for not yelling at us haha I left with a smile, an upgrade, and now a Sixt lifer.

Always a joy to use this company. I have never had an issue with them or their cars. You can upload your DL info, chose options and coverages before hand. They send an email 2 hours before your scheduled pick up for you to pick your car. Skip the counter and go to the key kiosk. Everyone is always friendly and cars are always clean.
