I don't often leave reviews, but above-and-beyond customer service is rare these days, so I truly felt compelled to leave 5 stars for my experience at this Sixt location. We had a group of three that needed rental cars last minute, and this location was the only one with 100 miles thay not only had one car, but three for rental. The front desk agent, Jasmine, was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. Hats off to a great location, and even more stellar agent providing customer service when it was needed the most.
