I had a fantastic experience with SIXT at the Naperville Marriott location, thanks to Alex, the manager. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. Unlike other managers at different companies, who tend to be dismissive, Alex was always responsive and attentive to my needs. He made sure all of my questions were answered and ensured the whole experience was smooth. I highly recommend this location and will continue to rent from them due to the outstanding customer service. Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond!

Ahh! This used to be Spirit Hub. Remember that! This is the fifth location in the state and the fourth in the city. This is small with an average fleet of 25-30 cars. Also, there an official partner with the Chicago Bulls.
