Highly recommend this rental desk to anyone visiting the big island. We had another great Sixt experience at the Kona location. Upgraded to a beautiful X7. All cars on the lot looked great and several customers were receiving upgrades. Excellent customer service at time of pickup and return. We will be back as long as the rates stay at or near market.
