Staff was super friendly. The car type I reserved online wasn’t available, they upgraded me to a bigger- nicer car for free! Easiest car rental experience I’ve had.
Only thing was the $300 refundable deposit wasn’t mentioned online anywhere - which wasn’t a problem to pay, but knowing ahead of pick up time would’ve been a little better!

For starters he called me a week or so in advance to make sure that a problem I had was taken care of. Also, he was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about everything . De’Juan Did everything he said he would do , he went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I needed .Absolutely great customer service .If you need anything, GO SEE DE’JUAN he cares about his customers and will get you right!!!!!!
