The SIXT branch is located in front of the Union Train Station on 17th street and Wynkoop. SIXT is located inside of the Struby Estabrook building. Please note, there is a different location for drop off.
From Union Station
Head southwest on Wynkoop St toward 17th St. Turn left onto 17th St. The SIXT branch will be on your right side.
From Denver International Airport
Head North on Pena Blvd. Follow Pena Blvd and I-70 W to Park Ave W. Take exit 274 toward Colo Springs from I-70 W. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-25 S. Keep right, follow signs for 38th Ave/Park Ave. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Park Avenue/Downtown and merge onto Park Ave W. Continue on Park Ave W. Take Blake St to 17th St. The SIXT branch will be on the left.
Return information
SIXT car return is located inside of the Music Garage at 1615 18th Street. Please pull a ticket, and park on Level 1 in the reserved SIXT space. If a member is not present to take the keys, please return back to the SIXT branch on 17th street.

My husband was T boned in our Tiguan with our 3 kids so had to rent from Sixt at Union Station for a few weeks!
Pros: Josh was personable, friendly and quick to check us in. They overbooked the BMW X3 we asked for, but gave us a BMW X4. Check in and get keys was easy-conveniently located downtown Denver, but you have to walk a couple blocks to the parking structure where your car actually is. There are big orange Sixt signs everywhere and an attendant at the parking garage to give you kids car seats ( if needed ) and help you get out of the structure. Clean facility, clean car.
Cons: we had to walk a few blocks holding a toddler and infant and an Infant seat we rented from them. The booster seat given to us at the parking garage didn’t have a strap because the attendant didn’t realize it was needed, but luckily he had another one that did have a strap. The ID reader and one of the touch screens at check in didn’t work so it took a bit longer than normal to get the keys. Biggest con in my opinion is, you cannot call the Union Station Sixt direct. The number is an international one that can only help with a few things( like confirming the card you paid with or looking up your reservation).
Overall we would use again if needed. $4000 for 16 days in a BMW X4 with full coverage, prepaid gas and infant seat rental and booster seat rental.

Excellent place to rent a vehicle, the vehicle options that are available are great, and the service and attitude of the personal is the best. I totally recommend this place if you need to rent a car.
