I know rental companies get mixed reviews, but I used to work at Hertz, so I feel like my review is honest from both ends. My man at the counter at the airport in charlotte, NC (Wednesday, February 19 at 6:45pm so he gets recognition) was awesome. I don’t know how he upsold me, But given the snow and ice conditions and the great deal, I couldn’t refuse. The wonderful lady that hook me up with the car, which was in pristine condition, and how quickly everything from start to finish was awesome. Then my man, Calvin at RDU airport that same night at about 10:30 (so he gets recognition) was just as wonderful. Out a smile on my face on such a crappy day.
I don’t rent cars too often anymore, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had renting a car. I’ll definitely be using them again. Get them a raise
