I’ve been to this location more than 3 times and JoJo was always there, he was rude, careless, and had very poor customer service. Today I went again since it’s the closest location to where I’m staying, Dayana was my rep and she was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and helped me find the right car for my needs.
