Really nice employees they were patient and even hooked me up with a better car than the one I had pre-ordered even tho i requested it 5 hours before they open. They took the time to explain every detail more than one time. Made my first car renting experience great. I will definitely rent here again just based of how well they made me feel, takes a great human to help instead of ridicule another.
