The staff at SIXT at BWI was amazing, so helpful and kind, polite and efficient. Plus I got a terrific BMW which handled like a dream and was incredibly comfortable to travel in. An additional plus--all the wow comments I got from friends and family. I loved the experience at SIXT--so many wonderful people helping me, especially Sonia, Darrell, and Tasheana. Great people, fab car, and a good price. I needed this since I was traveling due to a family emergency, was very stressed and the staff treated me like family, with limitless kindness. My first experience has swayed me away from my usual rental company and I'll definitely be a return customer at SIXT.

The service was great. LaCretia was amazing! I was not very happy with the Volvo that was provided. The trunk and gas tank would not open. We had to fight to get them both opened. Other than that everything was great.
