The folks who work here are genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met through any rental car service. I fly once or twice a month, and frequently through BWI. When I do, SiXT has become my go-to choice. They're open late, staff has a friendly demeanor, and their cars are top of the line. Ask for Carlos when you book with them, he is the BEST.
