Your way to SIXT
After exiting the baggage claim, turn right and follow the "Car rental" signs until you arrive at our SIXT branch.
With public transportation
From London, you can take the underground Piccadilly or Elizabeth Line to Heathrow Terminal 4. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs directing you to Terminal 4 arrivals. Our SIXT branch is located inside the arrivals hall on level 0.
Customer Parking
There are no parking facilities available. You will have to pay any passenger drop-off or parking fees directly to the airport or hotel.
Return information
Navigate to our SIXT branch at Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, Hounslow TW6 3AF.
Once you arrive at the airport, follow the "Terminal 4" signs. At the traffic circle, take the exit toward C. London (A30), Hilton Hotel, and Premier Inn. Veerslightly left onto Sheffield Road, continuing to follow signs for C. London (A30), Hilton Hotel, and Premier Inn.
Turn left onto the Hilton Hotel road. If you have a lot of luggage, you can drop it off at the Hilton reception before heading to the parking garage. Enter the outdoor Hilton parking garage on your right. Take a ticket from the barrier and proceeding to our SIXT return area, and park there. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.
To return to Terminals 2, 3, or 5, follow the "Terminal 4" signs and then proceed to level -1 for the free Heathrow Express trains.
Please note that there is no shuttle bus service between terminals.

**Review for Sixt Car Hire, Terminal 4 Heathrow**
I recently had the pleasure of hiring a car from Sixt at Terminal 4, Heathrow, and I must say, the service was exceptional from start to finish. My situation was unique: I had just returned from a long holiday to find my car's battery flat after being parked for over a month. In this stressful moment, I decided to hire a car, and Sixt turned out to be a lifesaver.
I was assisted by Manpreet, who exemplified professionalism and empathy. Due to an autocorrect error, I mistakenly booked the car in my brother's name while all the other details were mine. This could have been a major issue, but Manpreet recognized the genuine mistake and went out of her way to help. She sought multiple authorizations and ensured I could hire the car without any inconvenience.
Manpreet went above and beyond. She even upgraded me to a larger car for free after learning about the challenges I was facing. Furthermore, she arranged for Archie from the car collection point near the Milton Hotel to personally deliver the car to me, sparing me the trouble of walking to the Sixt pickup location. This level of customer care was beyond what I’ve experienced with other car hire companies.
At the end of my hire, I was greeted by Ali, who handled the car return process seamlessly. He stepped out of his office to personally ask how the car was, made the check-out process effortless, and promptly sent all the necessary documents via email.
I’ve rented cars from many companies, including Europcar and Hertz, but this was my first time with Sixt. The service exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their team genuinely goes the extra mile to make customers’ lives easier.
If you're landing at Heathrow and need a car, do yourself a favor and choose Sixt at Terminal 4. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall, a seemless process to pick up the car, and everyone working at Sixt made the experience nice and easy.
Shuttle bus from T4 to T5 (Sofitel) and an easy check in and pick up.
Return back to T5 was equally simple enough.
