Excellent service from the beginning to the end.
We’ve arrived to Kiruna 4 hours thanks to the train VY. The agent took us on the phone several times to assure us that the car will be waiting for us. Once there the office was closed but thanks to a mobile phone number on the door, the agent came to service us one minute later. We booked an SUV (Volvo XC40) and we’ve had a brand new one (Even upgraded to XC60). The agent offered to change the drop-off of the car to the train station so it was easier for us.
