I travel to Europe a lot for work due to which I have t rent cars all across the continent but Simon at the Sixt dealership in Karlstad is hands down the best rental agents I have had the experience of dealing with. I rented a bmw recently and he went above and beyond to assist during the rental and was quick and efficient in the delivery and the drop off of the car.
