Return information

Navigate to our SIXT branch at Mallorca Palma Airport. Once you arrive at the airport, follow the "Car rental" signs. Once you reach the rental parking, keep to the left and turn left after entering. Signs will guide you to our SIXT return area. Park your vehicle in any SIXT parking space with a "Car return" sign. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return. If you are returning outside of business hours, you can return your key to our SIXT key drop box, located at the black wall.

4 Stars due to billing error. I returned the vehicle without refueling and accepted the refueling charge + amount of gas needed. But the final bill charged me a refueling service charge not once but 3 times (it should only be once plus the total liters of fuel needed). However, Sixt customer support was able to credit me back the over charge, it was just annoying that a company this big made an error of over 100 euros. Just beware and double check your final invoice.
