I rented a car from Sixt in Faro, Portugal and I kept getting tire pressure and engine oil warnings. I called Sixt Portugal and they were useless and blamed me for breaking the contract for taking the car to Spain, even though I paid the approximately 80 Euro cross border charge. I arrived at this Sixt Plaza Espana location and even though I did not rent directly from them, they were kind enough to fill-up the oil and air in one of the tires and fixed all my car problems. Very nice kind customer service from this location, not Sixt on-road assistance or customer service which gets a zero rating (useless).
