I had very good experience with the company: (1) the call centre was very helpful &understanding : my flight was cancelled so Sixt allowed me to reschedule my booking date , even though I had a nonflexible booking (2) at the Airport service point the staff was extremely helpful: checked with me the recorded scratches on the car and explained me the system very transparently . They even helped me to pack my luggage to the car since I was alone . I’m a regular customer with SIXT & never had any problem . Always cooperative & helpful staff !
