Hire a 6-seater car for a week during the Christmas holidays. On arrival, we forgot the driving licence for the booking. The agent at the counter was very understanding and professional and quickly drew up a new contract so that we could take the car.
The vehicle was clean and in perfect condition, and the service was perfect and efficient.
The initial contract was refunded to us a few days later without any hassle.

I had a good experience at Sixt. The gentleman at the counter (Faisal) was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. The gentleman who assisted me with the car (Luis) was equally kind and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Their professionalism and customer service were top-notch.
The waiting time was a bit long; still, I’d recommend this rental for the ease of the process and the transparency.
