Easy to rent. Friendly staff. Car was fuel efficient!

I ordered a luxury EV and got called one day before, that there is no luxury EV available, and if it is okay to get a petrol car. That was okay for me, but I didnt get exactly what I ordered. The car I got was a Plug-In Hybrid, but sadly without a cable to charge the Hybrid. After writing an e-mail asking for the cable, it was told, that there is no cable (the car was 100% delivered with one). That was again a little bit sad, because I´m quite an EV fan. The rest was all good, you get an extra fee on the toll you pay, but I guess thats normal. I controlled the car intensly for damages that weren't noted on the sheet, so I had no problem with a damage bill. So all in all: Good communication and service quality, with the a bit of space to improve in delivering what the customer ordered and the understanding of a Plug-In Hybrid.

I had a great experience with this location. They didn't have Tycen for one way rental which is understandable but they arranged for a brand new BMW XI that was great for long road trips. The representative was very accommodating and polite. It is sad to see these discouraging negative feedbacks for such a great brand name. Please note SIXT is the only rental company that grantees vehicle make/model and mostly offer brand new luxury or sport cars at competitive prices. If you are looking for cheap car, I suggest go with Budget rental. Also when you don't know how to drive and damage these pristine cars, you have to pay. Stop nagging. Many thanks to SIXT management for their excellent business model and appreciate their super nice representatives. Thank you.
