Absolutely exceptional service from Sixt Rotterdam City Hotel! We found ourselves in a difficult situation while attending a family funeral when our original car rental from another company fell through at the last minute. Sixt, just around the corner, truly saved the day.
A special thank you to Francisco, who went above and beyond to secure a vehicle for us on short notice. His kindness, compassion, and support allowed us to make it to this important family occasion.
