A very welcoming welcome by the local Sixt team. During the check in, an employee was already sent out to pick up the rental car. Honestly, I have heard from many that renting a car in the Netherlands is very complicated and the details are annoying. However, this girl (Sarah) turned my fears into happiness. She was more than kind, made things easier, and found solutions for everything that worried me. She is dedicated to her work and tries to please the customer as if she were the owner of the company, not just an employee. As a marketing manager for several large and important companies in my history, i can say that she gave me the impression that I would love to have her on my team at work. If it weren't for this girl, I wouldn't have rented the car. She provided all the required services with kindness and happiness. I entered anxious and left happy with a car, especially when she said to me with a joyful tone as if she was going on vacation herself, "Now you can enjoy your trip."
