Alessandro was very helpful. We called to make our reservation since we were staying at the Rome Cavaliers Waldorf hotel and the person we spoke to asked for how many people and we said 2 and that was it. The next day we went to pick up the car and Alessandro advised we got picked for a fiat 500. Which is a small car great for city use. My boyfriend is 6 feet 3 inches tall and I am pregnant and we were using this vehicle for traveling to Northern Italy. Alessandro immediately reccomended not going with that car and was able to upgrade us to a bigger vehicle that is for highway travel. He was very quick and made our experience pleasant.

My experience at the office was top! All regulations, pick-up and return went fast and smoothly. The staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. The car was almost new and in a very good situation.
