Alessandro was very helpful. We called to make our reservation since we were staying at the Rome Cavaliers Waldorf hotel and the person we spoke to asked for how many people and we said 2 and that was it. The next day we went to pick up the car and Alessandro advised we got picked for a fiat 500. Which is a small car great for city use. My boyfriend is 6 feet 3 inches tall and I am pregnant and we were using this vehicle for traveling to Northern Italy. Alessandro immediately reccomended not going with that car and was able to upgrade us to a bigger vehicle that is for highway travel. He was very quick and made our experience pleasant.

We rented a car from the St Peter’s square location three times over the month we were there. Each time Yahi and Alessandro were very helpful and polite. The rentals were reasonably priced and the cars were in great condition. We drove roughly 1500-2000km over those weekends and had no issues returning the cars. Great experience overall.
