Finally, I got the chance to write a review, after a long-drive today.
Before my visit to the shop and interacting with the staff today, I had serious concerns about dealing with the staff due to many negative reviews. However, now it seems that all these concerns were unnecessary.
Firstly, we wanna give special thanks to Alessandro, who took care of us this morning. He is a professional staff with a proactive and polite attitude, a service-oriented mindset, and a love for helping customers. He explained us the functions of the vehicle in detail, recommended and taught us how to use the WAZE app to avoid ZTL, and even showed us a better way out from Rome.
Additionally, when double-checking our IDP, he used very warm language (and even careful wordings, I would say that) to request us to show him the expiry date, which helped to avoid any misunderstandings that we might think he was challenging our license.
In summary, I would rate him 6 out of 5 points for all he's done.
Furthermore, his colleague (forgive me that I did not ask his name) was also very patient from what I noticed during his communication with another customer. He also accommodated my request to use the staff toilet.
The shop is clean, bright, and spacious, with a bench for waiting.
In summary, it was a very pleasant experience here with Alessandro and his colleague. I really don't understand how there are so many negative reviews about this place, which created unnecessary anxiety for customers.
