it took some time to get the car because they do not have a parking lot so they need to drive the car from a nearby lot. otherwise the service was very friendly

Friendly, fast, clear and informative, easy. This is your only agency to use in Italy. The lady at the desk was great and we got the car e reserved quickly. Drop off after hours was no hassle, and the quality of car was new and clean. No hidden charges. Everything emailed. Highly recommended. Only SIXT, and this location is perfect.
