Please return the SIXT vehicle to the Genova Brignole Multi-storey Car Park in Via Edmondo de Amicis 2, 16122 Genova, 1st floor. The car park is to the left of the train station building, the office is on the right-hand side. Please leave the entrance ticket in the car and the keys in the keybox inside the car park.

I had a bad experience with VIP Cars that was the sub supplier for my car and I was not able to go forward with the payment at the SIXT office.
At SIXT office, the staff was very nice trying to help me.
After discussions with VIP Cars also them was not able to solve the problem.
The SIXT Staff was very very nice with me and he give me the best option for renting the car.
Next time I will come directly to SIXT and I will avoid sub supliers. SIXT staff convinced me that I need to place the SIXT company on first place on my rental company list.
