The car was good. Good condition and brand new Citroen C5. We drove till Amalfi and back in 2 days.
Swift and straight forward process. No problems there as well.
I would have normally given a 5 star, but then the return wasn't a great experience for one small but major mistake on the staff's side.
I fail to understand why the staff had incorrectly entered my fuel level, especially when I'd just filled to a full tank right outside the airport before the return.
Normally these things can happen, but I was astounded that this happened even after explicitly mentioning to the staff about the fuel being full during the return.
A little annoying. Not sure if I'm gonna be charged for this.
Unfortunately the help section on the website wasn't very helpful, and kept redirecting me to a local helpline number. (Most tourists don't take calling packs, just data)

Amazing service from start to finish. I highly recommend taking the best insurance cover provided for the vehicle to avoid any issues when handing the car back. Will continue to use Sixt. Thank you

Super nice personnel, multi language skills including Italian, German and professional English. Very friendly, fast and pragmatic handling. At check in, they even offered me a coffee. So nice! Was very happy I have chosen Sixt one more time even if it was a bit more expensive as local competitors.
