I was afraid after reading reviews, but at the end it was fine. I had a reservation for Fiat 500, after 30min in line at the counter ended with new Fiat Panda. Friendly personel at the counter and parking lot. On the return there was no one to check the car, but nothing was added to final price. Just waiting for 300€ deposit to be returned to my account. Opening hours or return system might be improved, I had flight 6am but had to return the car day before 10pm due to opening hours.
