I would book again from them, I saw bad reviews but still booked with them because there price was lower, I was anxious.
However this turned out to be best car renting experience, pick was smooth, the guy Robert explained everything smoothly, drop off was perfect, I was running late and Robert offered me lyft to the airport.
He is and amazing guy.
Pick up is few 100 meters from the terminal, there is a pick and drop off bus running every 20 mins, you can also choose to walk if you dont have heavy luggage.
