Cassandra is truly the best. She was really helpful and patient. We had initially reserved a car at the Jarry location which she was able to switch for us then we realized that the car we reserved was too small for our needs. She took her time finding us a more suitable car.

No problems and ok service. At return I had to show a lot of pictures to prove that damages was pre-existing. I was informed in advance about this, but it is an odd way of business I think.
