Everything spot on. Car was clean and ready. The office team was kind, patient and efficient and provided plenty of helpful tips for getting around Thessaloniki.
The office is located in perfect spot in the city, and option of renting car in city center and retourning at the airport was really helpfull for organising the trip.

Here’s the translation:
I booked a Mercedes A-Class, but instead I got a BMW 118 with 10,000 kilometers on it. Since I didn’t take any insurance, they charged me a 2,000 euro deposit, which I think is a lot for a small hatchback. Picking up the car took literally 10 minutes, but when I returned it, they inspected it very carefully for any damages. Thanks, Yanis.
