Outstanding service at the rental station, emergency phone support from Sixt needs improving, though.
My colleagues recommended me to go with Sixt at the Leipzig airport due to their excellent customer service and streamlined processes (fast check in & check out). I truly appreciate how fast and easy everything was from the time of my arrival until holding the keys in my hand! The communication with the customer service agent was professional and on point!! After taking pictures and video clips to document the vehicle condition, I was ready to go my ways.
On the 2nd day, my car broke down due to electrical issues (Audi Q3). Sixt has an emergency service that is available 24/7. However, until getting actually a hold of someone, multiple calls and some patience was needed to make it through their busy lines during a Saturday night and inclement weather conditions. I believe, the emergency service could benefit from some improving.
Overall, I highly recommend Sixt at this location.
Moving forward, this will be my go-to place for when I’m in the region!!
