Used the service to rent a car in Berlin for the weekend on August 2021and were mostly pleased.
- Got a brand new, clean, nice car and something even better than what we paid for, since they haven't had the car we ordered at that time.
- staff was friendly, talked English
- online site is easy to use and understandable.
- you return keys to the secure box, which is fun.
Other things to note:
- they have some service fee or tax of around 20 Euro extra that you pay when picking up the car.
- book earlier, or else you won't have cars in your neighborhood and will have to go to Potsdam or somewhere else outside of Berlin.
- return to same location if you don't want to pay extra.
