Absolutely friendly and super helpful customer service! I have used Sixt car rental in Weeze many times now and will do so in the future as I always had a very good experience with the cars and the service in general. Easy pick up and return, fair prices, good quality and clean cars and equipment and most importantly staff that really wants to help you - good advice on traffic, parking, petrol station etc. Today my flight was delayed and I arrived after opening hours but the lovely lady was waiting at her desk to make sure nobody was left behind without their cars. And even though she had to work overtime she was the friendliest customer service person I have met in Germany in a very long time! Thanks a lot for that!

Great pickup of the rental, very friendly and pleasant employee working there at that time! Pickup went without issues, very new and great car, return also without any problem. Parking for the private car is also available at the curbside in front of the shop.
