It’s quite often when companies grow large they loose that personal touch and contact. You try amicably to get things sorted only to have an email chain worthy of a novel or a call center outsourced for cheap labour in a developing country where the personnel are limited to what they can actually do!!
I personally made the trip to the Sixt plus station @ Ostbahnhof as I believe seeing people eye to eye rather than behind emails or telephone calls is better. I was not disappointed in 10 minutes my concerns were addressed and resolved.
Mr. Dominic R, understood my frustrations and set out directly to turn the situation around swiftly and with empathy. Employees make your company so invest in them, look after them, understand them, reward them when necessary , hold onto them, too often big companies forget this.
