I had a great experience with Sixt Rental Car in Memmingen. The check-in process was quick, and the staff at the desk were very helpful. The car I received was in excellent condition. I opted for full coverage—it’s a bit pricey, but it made the rental completely hassle-free. I made my reservation directly from their website. It's very simple and straight forward with all information. I would have preferred if someone had been available to inspect the car with me both at pick-up and return. However, the deposit was refunded within a few days, so overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. It was the first time that I used sixt. Will use them again. Thankyou.

The staff were very helpful and everything was nice with the car, we even got a fancier model. I've booked the car online with a debit card and they accepted it - that was what I worried most about.
I didn't pick the additional paid options like bluetooth, GPS and of course they were included in the car - I don't know why they would put those as extras on the website, looks petty compared to the actual services they provide.
Since drop-off happens without contacting a person, I got an email later on saying everything was fine, so waiting for the deposit return now.
