The staff were very helpful and everything was nice with the car, we even got a fancier model. I've booked the car online with a debit card and they accepted it - that was what I worried most about.
I didn't pick the additional paid options like bluetooth, GPS and of course they were included in the car - I don't know why they would put those as extras on the website, looks petty compared to the actual services they provide.
Since drop-off happens without contacting a person, I got an email later on saying everything was fine, so waiting for the deposit return now.
