We rented on two occasions during our stay in Germany. Both times we had good experiences.
We did all our bookings online and both times the car we booked was not available, but other options were there for us to choose. And both times the car we chose were upgrades but at no additional cost.
Car's were clean inside and in good condition. It was very convenient for us to have the 24 hour drop at both locations that we returned the vehicle.
