By bus

You can use the bus lines 100 or 200. The bus stop is located right in front of our entrance.

From train station "Zoologischer Garten" (about 5 min away)

From the train station "Zoologischer Garten" walk towards the Memorial Church at Hardenbergstr., which will turn into Budapesterstr., until the Europa Center.

SIXT parking

The parking spaces are located on the 4th floor in the car park of Europa Center, parking decks 44 and 45.

Return information

Please return your rental car at the car park in the Nürnbergerstrasse 5-7. Once inside the car park, simply follow the signage towards "Mietwagenrückgabe" (car rental return). You can rent and return vans up to 3.5 tons at the SIXT Berlin Europa-Center station. These vehicles should be parked nearby or in Corneliusstraße or on Katharina-Heineroth-Ufer. Please return the keys at the SIXT branch.

Taner M. was a great guy. The customer service of Sixt by phone is terrible. It's difficult to get through to their customer service by phone, and even when I do, the issue doesn't get resolved. In the end, I went to this branch late at night, and an employee named Taner M did his best to help me. Taner M at this branch provides much better service than the customer service team.
